If you sign up for our email list, you’ll occasionally get raw, real messages straight from us – value-packed insights, new content alerts, and sometimes offers we think you’ll actually give a damn about. We use a third-party provider (like ConvertKit, MailerLite, MailChimp or similar) to store your info securely and send you those emails. You can unsubscribe anytime. One click. No drama. The link will always be at the bottom of the email.

Sometimes, technical stuff like your IP address or browser type might get shared with trusted third-party services we use to make this site run. This may include:
